Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the Union Budget Financial Year 2017-2018 in the Lok Sabha today. Presenting the Budget fourth time in a row, Mr. Jaitley praised India’s economic growth and said country’s economic profile has considerably improved.
The Union Budget FY 2017-2018 shows a reminiscent thought for the people to remind them about the Demonetization positive aspects as it is a bold and decisive measure, for many decades tax evasion was a way of life for many.
In Union Budget 2017-18, focus is on common people interest, rural sector, infrastructure and agriculture and also it will be on energising youth to reap benefits of growth and employment. According to this Budget ,the government has barred cash transactions above Rs 3 lakh and slashed Income Tax rates. It is also moving to abolish the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), while FDI is getting a big makeover.
Budget 2017 as Villager’s Budget which includes many developements and implementations . During 2017-18, 5 lakh farm ponds to be taken up under MNREGA, proposal to complete 1cr houses for homeless, 100% electrification by march 2018, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna improves to 133km roads/day from 73km.
Buget also includes some interesting aspects for the people , Service charge on e tickets booked through IRCTC to be withdrawn.
